GWODEO was one of the few organizations selected to design and implement the HIV/AIDS management program,
in which two of our members were successfully trained by the School of Public Health and the Center for Disease Control HIV/AIDS fellowship program, and eventually participated in the model design.
GWODEO was the 2005 HIV/AIDS DO U CARE award winner for relentlessly raising public awareness about HIV/AIDS.
